Can I build a template for each type of visit?
Yes, and it's worth doing for each one. Keep a template per job you run, each with the rooms you work through in order and your checklist for every one.
Do I have to call it an inspection?
No. The app is built to document a property room by room with photos, checks and notes, and cleaning teams use exactly that to record their work. You'll see the word here and there, but what you're producing is a record of the job you did.
Can the owner or manager sign it off?
Yes. Anyone with you can sign on your device before you leave, or you share a secure link and they sign later in their own browser. No account, no app download.
Can I add my cleaners and give them their own jobs?
Yes. The Manager plan includes up to 3 seats and the Team plan is unlimited, with no per-seat fees. Invite someone by email, choose what they can see, and assign them the properties they're responsible for.
